Application Support Analyst
Description
Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Support application running on Tomcat/Apache on a Windows environment, with SQL database.
- Troubleshooting from desktop to server for users at all levels.
- 2nd line support for growing user base and interact with offshore 1st line teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation.
- Incident management, escalating from Service desk to 3rd line.

Skills and experience:

- MS Windows operating systems 7 - 10.
- Active Directory.
- Antivirus - McAfee EPO/Endpoint Protection.
- General networking knowledge, able to troubleshoot issues.
- Group Policy management.
- Office 365
