Business Analyst - Business Change
My client, a leading insurance organisation is currently looking for a Business Analyst to support the analysis and design of standardised and improved processes within operations through a portfolio of process improvement projects.

The ideal Business Analyst will have experience engaging business users responsible for managing and operating business processes within the insurance industry.

Key Skills:
*Extensive experience working as a business analyst within the London and wider insurance market.
*Experience working across process improvement projects, including process mapping and removing waste from existing processes.
*Able to analyse business problems, make recommendations/proposals and resolve complex problems.
*Process design and improvement knowledge and experience ("as is" to "to be"), utilising knowledge and experience of business process analysis methodology.
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills
