Applicants are invited to apply for the CRM Analyst vacancy within the Commercial Department, based at the Port of Liverpool.

Role Purpose: To maximize the value Peel Ports Group extract from our systems and datasets, Utilising data to inform sales and marketing campaigns, improve process flows and guide management decisions.

The CRM Analyst role will include the following responsibilities:

-Support the marketing and sales teams through measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and providing contact data to enable well targeted messaging

-Work with the Insights team on various ad-hoc projects as they arise

-Maintain and improve routine and ad-hoc reporting through data extracts from CRM.

-Utilise data management skills to support other commercial activities

-Work with the commercial team on marketing and sales campaigns to identify and manipulate third party data sources to inform and improve the probability of the best outcomes

-Convert data into meaningful insights that allow all commercial staff to better target their efforts

-Work with Group IT to ensure process flows and information are most efficiently managed through our CRM environment

Applicants interested in this role should ideally possess the following skills and experience:

-Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics is ideal

-Experience in providing insights from large data sets

-Ability to influence decision makers through data-backed recommendations

-Previous experience working in a sales and/or marketing environment

-Proficient use of Microsoft Packages, including Excel

-Excellent analytical and organisational skills
