Data Analyst
Description
We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our financial services department. If you are analytical and enjoy making data driven recommendations, then this is the role for you!

You will support and influence the Financial Services and Customer Services areas of the business, responsible for business-critical reporting activities, providing operational performance insights and data analysis support. You will support N Brown becoming the globally loved experts in fashion that fits!

As the Data Analyst your duties, be to:

- Be responsible for the development, production, and distribution of reporting solutions to the business, supporting our data driven organisation
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers, identifying data requirements and managing report delivery expectations
- Support the data ownership and adherence to the company\'s data governance policies, ensuring the scope of the reports produced is compliant with GDPR
- Deliver actionable data insights and self-serve reporting solutions based on multiple sources, utilising reporting tools such as QlikView
- Support the business data transformation project by testing the latest data releases, and creating new and innovative data requirements to improve the future of our data
- Contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of business performance dashboards and scheduled reporting, proactively driving improvements to data efficiency and the overall reporting experience
- Highlight any performance trends or data issues to the MI Manager and support any actions required to further understand the root cause

To be a successful Data Analyst you will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience working in a similar analytical role, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
- Solid knowledge of data warehouse structures.
- Experienced in the use of SQL, preferably Teradata SQL.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with Qlikview, SAS, or other data visualisation tools and statistical.
