The Digital Marketing Campaigns Account Manager (Support, Data Analyst) Role

As a Digital Marketing Campaigns Account Manager (Support, Data Analyst), you'll be responsible building maintaining client relationship by ensuring all programmatic campaigns are successful launched and executed. Naturally organised, with be ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and focus. You will also have good presentation skills to articulate recommendations and campaign results.

This role will be in the international digital marketing team based in London. It will contribute to achieving the team goal of improving digital marketing effective to sell more tickets.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Campaigns Account Manager (Support, Data Analyst)

•Coordinate with local client marketing representatives to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet client's goals
•Ensure weekly performance reports and post campaign wrap analysis are delivered to clients timely
•Oversee campaign execution to ensure pacing, performance, and profit margin meet campaign objectives
•Traffic creative for use in campaigns
•Review artwork specs, advertising copy, creative assets and tracking links for quality control
•Attend client meetings and prepare and deliver presentations to both agencies and clients directly
•Analyse campaign performance data and implement optimisations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal
•Make recommendations for campaign improvement to stakeholders and clients, including providing feedback on creative and placement performance
•Resolve customer and operational problems during campaigns, providing general support on products
•Provide high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Campaigns Account Manager (Support, Data Analyst) Role
Position Requirements

•Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and deliver messages effectively
•An understanding of and experience working within the programmatic and media agencies
•Understanding of Ad servers and DSP/SSP technology
•Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that programmatic plays within it
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (including advance PowerPoint presentation creation)
