French speaking Team Assistant / Office Manager
Description
Owing to continual expansion, a well-known global strategic and financial corporate communications client with an exceptional reputation has a new opening for a polished, results-driven Team Assistant with English to mother tongue standard and absolute fluency in French to join their established setup.

You will become a valuable member of the team by providing office wide range of comprehensive administrative /secretarial /project and translation support in English and French. This is a great opportunity to develop your administrative/secretarial and translation experience further with a well-established advisory firm. Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Providing secretarial and translation support to them team (including meeting and travel arranging when required)
* Drafting and translating correspondence/ articles/ press releases from French > English
* Filing, archiving and distributing press materials on behalf of clients
* Creating new business pitches and presentations
* Website and content management
* Managing the expenses, invoicing and payroll databases, ensuring all are accurate and up to date
* Answering switchboard calls and responding to emails
* Managing client databases
* Assisting with events organisation
* Ad hoc business and office support including general office maintenance.

Suitable candidates must be detail orientated, possess proven French >English translation experience as well as being able to prioritise effectively, manage conflicting priorities and a fluctuating workload within a similar fast-paced advisory/PR/Communications agency/ PR environment!

Profile

* First class written and verbal communications skills in both English AND French
* Demonstrable translation experience from French into English
* A solid administrative / team secretarial background with exposure to the PR /Communications/ financial services sectors would be desirable
* Highly organised and able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
* Impeccable interpersonal skills with excellent numerical and IT skills across the Microsoft Office applications
* Adaptable, approachable, committed, flexible, diligent, discreet
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
