- IT Resource Planning Analyst
- £180 - £210 per day
- 3 month temporary contract - possibility to extend
- Role based in Cambridge

As one of the most revered leaders in their industry, this technology led organisation is widely regarded as one of Britain`s global success stories. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them as a IT Resource Planning Analyst.

This position sits within the IT Operations and finance Resourcing Team and is a busy fast paced role and as such we are looking for a bright Contracts Administrator who with thrive in this environment. You will need to be highly organised, persistent and have excellent attention to detail.

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Head of IT Resourcing with the contract process; once a position has been approved or a gap or peak in IT resource has been identified you will help get the contact paperwork raised, process the paperwork with Legal, liaise with vendors who are proving the resource, liaise with HR and assist with the on-boarding process. You will also be chasing managers, highlighting when contracts are due to end to understand if an extension needs to be raised and support them through this process.

Key duties include:-

- Fulfil resource requests (including the sourcing of external candidates from existing list of third party suppliers)
- Liaise with Legal to progress legal documentation required to on-board third parties
- Ownership of the On-boarding process and presentations to new starters
- Assist the IT Operations and Finance Team in ad hoc requirements including trend analysis, forecasting and improvement recommendations
- Collate month end resource data and reports
- Work collaboratively with IT Finance to accurately record resource allocations

The successful candidate will need:-

- Experience of working within a resourcing function or in contracts administration - ideally within an IT environment
- Experience in dealing with legal contracts e.g. writing and reviewing Statement of Works, Work Orders and Change Control Notices
- Experience of working in a service management focused IT organisation
- Excellent at influencing and motivating individuals and teams as well as being a team player
