IT Service Desk Support Analyst
Description
IT Service Desk Support Analyst will be responsible for making sure that all the maintenance of the companies I.T. infrastructure is carried out (workstations, servers, network, applications and platforms.)

Keys Requirements:

- Experience of working/supervising in a Service Desk environment
- Experience of using a Service Desk application
- Basic understanding of a computer network
- Windows 7 experience/exposure (Rollout experience preferable)
- MCP Windows 7 (or equivalent)
- MS Office 2007/10 support skills to 2nd line (especially outlook)
- Hardware maintenance experience
- Experience in mobile telecommunicates

Qualifications, skills, experience and competencies needed:

- Preferably educated to Degree/A Level/HND/City & Guilds or equivalent
- MCSE/MCP or equivalent - Windows 7
- ITIL Certified
- At least 5 years relevant industry experience
- Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
- Analytical and numerate
- Used to problem solving under pressure
- Used to working 'until the job gets done'
