Support Analyst/Junior Support Analyst - Coventry

We are looking to recruit a Support Analyst/Junior Support Analyst on behalf of a prestigious Coventry based organisation. This is a career position with the opportunity for excellent training and career development.

To be successful in this role you will need to be person who has excellent communication skills a very high customer service ethic and be hungry to learn. You may be graduating this summer or be someone who has gained 12 months + experience in a support role in a Windows environment. If you are a new graduate having completed a placement year will be an advantage but not essential. What is essential is a sound understanding of Windows, Active Directory and Exchange. This is a broad role which will be user / business facing. You will receive an excellent broad exposure to the IT support environment in a busy and demanding environment. The real key to success in this role is a passion for customer service and a genuine hunger to learn and develop your career.
