Pre-Site Customer Co-ordinator
The Role
We have an opportunity for a Pre-site Customer Co-ordinator to work within our Planning function. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will maximise the available resources enabling yourself in delivering our customer service excellence.

The Person
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn, and who will be flexible to work within the wider operational support function. Previous experience of working within a Customer Service function is essential.

Purpose of the role
The Pre-site Customer Coordinator will be expected to manage the pre-site process making sure the pre-site resources are maximised and efficiently used.

Key accountabilities
*Manage the pre-site process for Services and Street Lighting
*Make initial contact with the customer, explaining the process/determining if the sites are ready.
*Manage 2nd and 3rd pre-sites to ensure work is ready for programme date
*Manage and update the pre-site schedules
*Log all pre-site information (Street lighting and Services) for both outgoing and incoming jobs
*Liaise with customers and clients with updates confirming arrangements.
*Assist the Planning Team
*Update all systems
*Respond to Customers and Clients enquiries in a timely fashion in an attempt to appease customers and improve perception.

Hours of Work
Your working hours will be 40 hours from 8am to 5pm though some flexibility will be required to cover shifts within the working window of 7am and 5pm.

*Utility administration would be desirable but not essential
