SAP R2R Analyst
Description

My client is a global recognised manufacture who has been a constant name in there market place for over a 100 years.

Focused on the key R2R process chain and the primary integration points, you'll provide end-to-end solution and process enablement advice and knowledge through your work within the framework of the SAP Programmes Strategy, Roadmap, and the defined Record to Report (R2R) work plan. You'll act as the conduit between the Centre of Excellence (CoE) functional resources and architecture, delivery teams, and the business functions, working with the various business functions to understand their operational requirements, and optimisation opportunities.

The role of Record-to-Report Functional SME is to ensure requests for change are managed in line with the defined SAP programmes change request processes. This will also involve completing requirement gathering activities with business partners alongside the Solution Architect and Lead Functional Consultants.

As the conduit between business stakeholders and the Build team, you'll ensure requirements are properly understood, captured, and reflected back into Functional Requirement documents, Design Specification documents, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, test scripts, and other supporting artefacts while maintaining a clear end-to-end landscape and solution focus. You'll participate in testing and UAT activities with an end-to-end process focus supporting the relevant team with changes in process documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the SAP R2R Analyst, you'll have experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert on a major SAP project or programme. Using your ability to conceptualise, you'll need to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
You'll have excellent understanding of differentiating processes and core business challenges in the R2R process chain. In addition, you'll have the ability to work on your own initiative and under tight time pressures whilst planning, prioritising, and controlling you're own and the team's workload.
Finally, you'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills expressed verbally, in writing, via presentations as well as an end-to-end R2R process and application landscape.
