Service Desk Analyst - Windows/Office 365/ITIL - North West London

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their clients' highly successful support team working to improve the levels of service provided within the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate as this is an opportunity to work for one of the UKs most successful engineering and construction companies.

This opportunity would see you acting as the first point of contact for the company's user base. You would be providing high quality 1st line support and escalating the tickets to the 2nd/3rd line team where necessary.

Essential skills include:

- Windows 7/8/10

- ITSM tools - Cherwell/ServiceNow/LanDesk or similar

- Active Directory

- Office 365

- Remote logging tools - TeamViewer/DameWare or similar

- Previous experience working on a busy service desk

- Must be a great communicator and come across well on the phone

Desirable skills include:

- ITIL certified

- Experience of creating knowledge articles

- Microsoft Certifications
